I also agree with many others about the texting issue. Texting may seem like a small, mindless activity, but it does play a huge role when driving. I think there should be some sort of law in the rest of the states concerning texting while driving. When driving, your full attention should be put into that activity. Just like drinking and driving, you are not only endangering yourself, but everyone else around you. We need to always be aware of what our surroundings are when driving, and texting only adds to the list of unnecessary distractions while driving.
